Landscape Design Assistance Program
Design Rebate Program
Welcome to Smart Yards Co-op, your partner in creating sustainable and beautiful landscapes! We are thrilled to be a part of the Landscape Design Assistance Program offered by the Santa Clara Valley Water District. This initiative aims to support homeowners like you in transforming high-water using front lawns into water-wise, eco-friendly and visually appealing spaces.
Program Overview
The Landscape Design Assistance Program provides up to two hours of consultation with a professional landscape designer to discuss ideas and recommendations for your front yard lawn conversion project. Here's how it works:
Consultation Details: During the consultation, our designers will analyze site conditions, evaluate landscape needs, and provide recommendations on layout, plants, and other features.
Eligibility: To qualify, you must be a single-family or small multi-family property within Santa Clara County and have an active Landscape Conversion application with the Santa Clara Valley Water District.
Rebate Terms: Upon completion of your Landscape Conversion project, you will be reimbursed up to $200 for the design consultation fee.
Preparing for Your Consultation
To make the most of your time with our designers, we recommend:
